Excellent condition rare vintage Its a Lehigh floral dress from the 1970's. Purple and cream flowers, sheer material. Adjustable cinched waist with a button down top and puffed sleeves. Elastic is all still good.
Union tag places date from 1974-1980. Union Made ILGWU (International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union) tag.
Size 12, but keep on mind this is a size 12 from 1970, modern day equivalent would be 6 or 8.
There is a pinpoint hole in the back bottom hem and a couple small areas of discoloration, all featured in the photos, all very minor.
